COMPLIMENTARY SHIPPING IS OFFERED ON ALL ORDERS OVER $200

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 2 to 3 days to process your order. Please expect an email within 2 to 3 days from us for the notification that your order is on the way!

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

Orders are generally dispatched within 2-3 business days and shipped via Australia Post. For domestic deliveries, a flat rate of $15.50 applies to standard shipping (5-7 business days), while express shipping is available for a flat rate of $19.50 (1-2 business days). Complimentary shipping is offered on all orders over $200.

If you are based in Adelaide, a local pickup option is also available at no additional cost. 

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount into store credit. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at customerservice@cheriesapparel.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
