Refund policy

At Chéries, our customers are at the heart of everything we do. We are committed to providing you with excellent customer service and ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase.

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about a purchase. To support you, we are happy to assist with any change of mind and offer refunds based on the following process.

Please note that returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for store credit only. Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Personalised items and sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or store credit.

Return and Refund 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return to be eligible for a store credit refund


To be eligible for a store credit, your item must be in the original condition that you received it, unworn and unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Any items that do not meet the criteria will not be eligible for any return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@cheriesapparel.com. Please note that postage for change-of-mind returns is at the customers' expense.  Returns will need to be sent to the following address: Unit 901/160 Grote Street, Adelaide, SA, 5000.

Chéries will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the store credit refund was approved or not.

If your return is approved, please allow up to 10 business days for the store credit to be processed and reflected in your Chéries account. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your store credit, please contact us at customerservice@cheriesapparel.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items).  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items and gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you purchased, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Our return policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
